International participants to THERMO 2023 - 18th International Conference on Thermochronology, 3 - 8 September 2023 | Riva del Garda, Italy - who require an official letter of invitation to support their Visa application should submit their request by filling out the 'Invitation Letter Template' form available on  this page.

Our team will only process requests received by email at visa@thermo2023.it which include:

• fully filled out 'Invitation Letter Template' application form (personal data, university / research centre / company data, passport number, accommodation information, city of the Embassy where the Visa application will be submitted);

• university / research centre / company presentation and link to its website;

• copy of the applicant's passport.

Should the request be evaluated positively, we will send a confirmation e-mail with the necessary documents within 72 working hours. Based on the data provided, only one Official Letter of Invitation will be issued. Changes will be made according  to availability,  with no guarantee on timing.

Please note that Riva del Garda Fierecongressi SpA is in no position to facilitate the issuing of Visas, therefore it is not the responsibility of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi SpA to contact Italian Embassies or Consulates to support individual applications.
